🛍️ Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

• To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

• We do not accept returns for customized, altered, or sale items.

🔁 Exchange

• Exchange is available only if the item received is defective or damaged.

• To process an exchange, please share unboxing video and images of the damaged product with your request.

💳 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

• Please note that:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
